Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Luna Select Market. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale
Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
